Extreme Stunt Show to the real-life feel of the American Idol Experience you will be amazed by real actors, tickled funny by comedian Drew Carey, and serenaded by live performers singing all your favorite Disney tunes.

There is 3-D adventure in the Muppet Vision 3-D and even a 4-D thrill show featuring your favorite toy characters in Toy Story Mania! Fans of Ariel will appreciate the Voyage of the Little Mermaid, a 15 minute live production that recounts the story of the famed underwater princess. No matter which Disney movie is your favorite, the characters are all here waiting for you!

The Thrill Rides.

And we mean thrills! Take a 13 story plunge down the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or cruise at intergalactic speed aboard a runaway Star Tours space vehicle traveling deep into the Star Wars universe. Roller coaster lovers won’t be disappointed by the Rockin’ Roller Coaster, twisting and turning to the beat of Aerosmith. Even the little ones will enjoy the Studio Backlot Tram Tour, where guests see firsthand how special effects and movie magic is made.

The Movie Experience.

In addition to the live shows and the park’s thrill rides, Disney’s Hollywood Studios also have several walk-through exhibits that highlight the best of Hollywood and its movie making glory days. The American Film Institute Showcase displays props, costumes and sets from both classic and recent Hollywood movies, while Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream tells the story of the man behind the Mouse. The Magic of Disney Animation spends 20 minutes entertaining you with how Disney’s beloved characters come to life and Journey Into Narnia: Prince Caspian allows visitors to enter the fantastic World of Narnia and see firsthand how the movie was created.

For the Littlest Visitors.

Kids sometimes don’t appreciate the technical aspect of how movies are made, but rest assured they will be enchanted by the “Honey I Shrunk The Kids” Movie Set Adventure, where oversized structures let them experience life from a bug’s perspective. They will also enjoy the Playhouse Disney: Live on Stage! presentation, 20 minutes of live puppets, song and dance preschoolers will recognize from the Playhouse Disney television show.
